Board of Directors
The people responsible for the program
Christopher F. Nesbitt, Sr.
Program Coordinator, Board Chair, and Lead Instructor
NH Certified Firefighter and EMT. Holds Fire Instructor I, Fire Instructor II, and NH State Fire Instructor credentials. As part of earning his NH State Fire Instructor credential, he helped teach the Spring 2026 LRCC recruit school, which directly shaped the drills and curriculum focus areas in this program.
Doug Thompson
Treasurer & CPA
Professional CPA and Plaistow community member providing financial oversight, budget management, and nonprofit compliance.
Daniel Ricker
Secretary & Instructor
Retired Firefighter. Manages meeting minutes and agenda preparation while bringing real-world fire service experience to the program as an instructor.
David Florin
Board Member & Instructor
NH Certified Firefighter and Paramedic. Brings medical expertise and emergency medical instruction to the program.
Robert Tuttle
Board Member & Instructor
NH Certified Firefighter and EMT. Holds his State Fire Instructor Level 2 credential and serves as an instructor at the NH Fire Academy. His active role at the academy brings current, firsthand knowledge of exactly what the state expects from firefighter candidates.

Collective approval of organizational bylaws, SOPs, SOGs, and governance policies
